Paris-born Eric Stalner began his comic career as one half of a creative team with his brother. Together they drew, and sometimes wrote, from 1989 to 2000, with series such as Le Boche and Le Fer et le Feu. After the team split up, he partnered with different authors, most often Pierre Boisserie, with whom he created La Croix des Cazenac, and participated in Didier Convard 's best-selling series Le Triangle Secret.
