Diego Segura (Guadalajara, Mexico, 1994) is a distinguished industrial engineer, serial entrepreneur, speaker, and author, whose first book, Everything in Excess is Good (2022), reached international bestseller status. With his second book, You Are Not a Failure: From Failure to Limitless Success (2024), Segura once again establishes himself as an authority in entrepreneurship and innovation.A graduate of Universidad Panamericana, he earned his degree in Industrial Engineering along with a specialization in Engineering and Project Management. He also holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and an MSDT (Master of Science in Digital Technology) from Boston University, highlighting his strong academic background and leadership in technology and marketing. Passionate about technological advancement, Diego has participated in initiatives and studies in technology and artificial intelligence—including neural networks—closely following and drawing inspiration from developments and publications by experts associated with institutions like MIT and Harvard.As the founder of innovative companies such as Segura Global Analytics, Grupo Seguc, Karby by Blanquident, and Constructora ST, Segura has been recognized as one of Mexico’s top entrepreneurs by Talent Land and as one of the leading entrepreneurs in Jalisco by Coparmex (a major Mexican employers’ association). His outstanding track record led him to be a finalist at Techstars on Wall Street, New York—one of the world’s most prestigious startup accelerators—where he was acknowledged as one of the top one hundred entrepreneurs globally.
