David Caute

David Caute FRSL, FRhistS, is a quondam Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford and has been Visiting Professor at American and British universities. He is the author of major works on 20th century intellectual history, including Communism and the French Intellectuals; The Fellow-Travellers and most recently Isaac and Isaiah, a study of the ideological conflict between Isaiah Berlin and Isaac Deutscher.
