Christine Heppermann

Christine Heppermann has been a reviewer and columnist for the Horn Book magazine since 1996. She used to work for Wild Rumpus Bookstore, where she especially enjoyed leading a middle grade book club, feeding mealworms to the salamander, and taking Elmo the iguana out on a leash for a walk. She lives with her family, and pet chickens, in New York.
