Beverly is an accomplished business consultant, corporate coach, trainer, facilitator, behavioral expert, college professor and business development expert. Bev co-founded The Collaborative in 1995 and is currently Principal of the firm. The Collaborative provides strategic and tactical support to help client firms, individuals, and teams reach higher levels of effectiveness and meet their goals. Beverly trademarked The S.H.I.F.T. Model (TM) for goal setting and goal achievement. Beverly holds both a BSBA and an MBA from Suffolk University. Beverly is a Lecturer at Suffolk University and has taught Small Business Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Social Responsibility and a course she designed for the University called "Dealing with Difficult People". Beverly is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). She uses the DISC and PIAV tools frequently in her work with individuals and organizations. Beverly's book, Understanding Other People: The Five Secrets to Human Behavior, was released in 2009 and won a gold award from Readers Favorite for best new book on relationships. Beverly is recognized across the country as an expert in business relationships. She is a frequent speaker, workshop leader and contributor to articles on many subjects focused on helping individuals and businesses reach higher levels of excellence.
