Amanda Lamb is an award-winning television reporter covering the crime beat for WRAL-TV, a CBS affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina. She had every intention of making it really big. But something funny happened on her way up the career-ladder—her life. Amanda married a metals recycler with roots firmly planted in the Tarheel State.
