Adem Abebe

Dr. Adem K. Abebe is a Senior Programme Advisor at the Constitution Building Programme of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA). Adem serves as Vice President of the African Network of Constitutional Law, sits on the Advisory Board of the International Journal of Constitutional Law, and is Extraordinary Lecturer at the University of Pretoria.
