I really enjoyed Book 2 in this very juicy series. Joey LaTorre pays a visit to Sophie and his building obsession starts from there. Sophie doesn’t want to be involved with any of The Family, yet Joey has his sights on Sophie. Things heat up in the most delicious ways and it’s interesting how many ways and directions it goes. This story was entertaining and kept me reading from beginning to end. I really enjoyed how this played out and the HEA was perfect!

These two work so well together, Joey is older and experienced and Sophie finds herself submitting to him, enjoying his dominance and control, finding out she has a bit of a kink for it. Hot scenes with good power exchanges, spankings and punishments with sass from Sophie and Joey knowing how to push all her buttons. Joey finds himself rethinking about his whole way of life, he wants more of what Sophie can offer, but can he step back from the Family and offer her more?

Joey and Sophie made such an enticing couple. Tantalizing chemistry, juicy drama, intense emotions, sultry sweetness and sizzling heat flow smoothly throughout this highly entertaining story. This book definitely gave me big Feels as it sent my temperature soaring! Of my own accord. I'm posting an objective review.
