About this ebook

What happens when the brewery prince falls for the mermaid and ends up endangering his entire kingdom?

Welcome to San Camanez, a humble, peaceful little island in the Puget Sound and home to the McEvoy brothers. Four sexy single fathers—and one childless snack with a beard—who run a brewpub on the beach, raise their kids together, and hope to find love and happiness in the chaos that is life. This is Clint’s story ...

Single Dad and brewmaster Clint McEvoy went down to the beach to drink and wallow. He never expected to find a Hollywood starlet naked and unconscious on the rocks. Nor did he expect to learn that someone wants her dead. He’ll do whatever he can to keep Brooke safe, even if that means risking his heart and his family’s peaceful life to do it.

Brooke Barker didn’t see it coming. One minute, she’s on a yacht, celebrating the release of her latest film, the next, she’s fighting for her life in the frigid Puget Sound. Waking up on Clint’s couch was a blessing she’s not sure she deserves. Now, she needs to figure out who pushed her while allowing the world to think she’s dead. One thing that’s alive and well, though? Her attraction to Clint, and her growing affection for his young daughter.

Can Brooke keep her heart out of the equation, and also keep the McEvoy family safe? Or will hiding on the island and in Clint’s bed bring danger to their doorstep?

STOP USING THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN - That includes: God, Lord (referring to God), Jesus, Christ, Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit, etc. When using the above in ecstasy, in sexual circumstances, in anger/etc., in any way as swear words, you need to STOP. STOP following the crowd or the modern-day popular speach pattern of ABUSING (using the above to a bad effect or for a bad purpose; misuse) any of the above words. - It is NOT OK. "The Bible verse that forbids using the Lord's name in vain is Exodus 20:7: "You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses His name"." ** Please rather concentrate on your very enjoyable writing style & storylines, instead of causing repeated negative associations & repeated misuse of the words that refer to The Lord God Almighty. **

5 Star Review of Rescued By The Single Dad by Whitley Cox I was excited when I heard that Whitley Cox had a new series releasing. San Camanez Island sounds like a wonderful place to visit. The fact that all five McEvoy brothers are also single dads (bar one) is just a bonus for me. First off we have brewmaster Clint McEvoy, single dad to Talia and Hollywood star Brooke Barker. Their meet cute was unusual to say the least when Clint stumbles across Brooke unconscious on the beach.

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trope: single dad, heroine in peril Angst: 😱😱😱😱 Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥 Fabulous start to this brand new Single Dads series by Whitley Cox! Loved everything about it from the flawed hero to all the romantic suspense elements. The character development was fantastic and I found both characters likable and relatable even with their traumatic pasts. All the kiddos in the story really added an extra cute factor. Rescued had an interesting storyline that moved quickly and completely.
