About this ebook

No matter how close you are to them, there are certain things you just don't say.

No matter how lonely you feel, there are certain people you just don't befriend.

No matter how much you've fallen, there's always a guy you shouldn't give your heart to...

Sadly for me, I learned the last one only after I had gotten my heart broken.

They say you shouldn't look down upon anyone, or you will be put in their situation and made to experience the crisis. When I was fourteen, I had looked disdainfully at a girl who was sobbing hysterically over a guy who liked her best friend. For which, I was probably paying the price now.

However, I was trying my best to fit my feet in the shoes I had been given. I was trying and I was managing just fine. What I didn't need was a troublemaker who entered my life without permission.

He was the guy who claimed to be bowled over by me, the one with a broken heart.

Little did he know, I had entrusted myself to Al Malik, The Owner of me and my heart. If he had to reach me, he had to do so by pleasing Allah, which wasn't possible for a guy like him.

Or so I thought.

This book is so full of wisdom! Glad I stumbled upon it and decided to read it till the very end. Sarah will always be my favourite author. The deep emotions and feelings her words ignite in my heart forcing me to contemplate and reflect on life, speaks a lot about how amazing of a writer she is! This story will always hold a special place in my heart. This isn't your typical Islamic love story. It isn't all fantasies and fairytales. This book will show you the reality, will teach you how vases can be made to look beautiful even after they are broken. This book is far more than perfection itself. MashaAllah May Allah increase you in wisdom dear author! One of my many wishes is to meet you and hug you for all the lessons your books have taught me and for all those instances where your words have rekindled hope in my heart. BarakAllahu Feeki.

This book is one of the most amazing books I've ever read. A perfect blend of reality and fiction moulded with such perfection, with the words hitting so deep. The journey of Anabya and Shamaaz is so emotional, that falling in love with the way they fall in love is inevitable. Sarah is one amazing author, and I love her to bits. To everyone reading this, you're in for one amazing journey filled with every emotion there is and not regret it one bit!

A book that will render you speechless. I love it and it is among my top ones. The way the writer spun the words into quotes you'd want to make a calligraphy of and stick to the wall and those occasional poems YA ALLAH I LOVE IT! I'm glad I stumbled over it in Wattpad and after getting 'bowled over' by it, I came here to read the full book. And it was definitely worth it. Alhamdulillah. ✨
