We all know that education and rites play a very important role in the overall development of children. In today`s world, as we are nearing the new century, our kids are facing more and more challenges. It is the duty of parents and teachers to give a boost to these kids to overcome the problems and face the challenges. Today`s world is also full of competition. Not only the grownups but also the youngsters face it and suffer from it. We often feel that we should know some ways which would lessen the tension of these competitions. So here is the solution for it with its many guidelines and simple narration. There are various short yet interesting ways to release tensions. Come let us practice it together; parents and children.
