The Author is actively engaged in organizing and participating in various Literary and Socio-Cultural activities and welfare measures.

About the author

As we reflect on the shifting paradigms of education in the context of then and now, we witness a sea change in the concept and scope of Pedagogy. Today we find a momentous change from teaching to learning and from the result oriented stereotype of education to the free and genial atmosphere of teaching-learning process conducive to the creative and joyful self-learning in all spheres of education.

In such a changed situation, the author has brought to bear on this book his vast and varied experience of teaching and administrative acumen by highlighting an almost half neglected aspect of remedial teaching.
