I’m loving everything about The Calloways Series and Every Beat Of My Heart is a wonderful, heartwarming addition to the series. This is single mum Claire and fire fighter and part time substitute teacher Jameson’s journey and if you love small town romance look no further than this gem of a read. Claire’s son accidentally sets the kitchen on fire while making a cheese toasted sandwich and it’s fire fighter Jameson who comes to the rescue. What follows is a heartwarming story.

Every Beat Of My Heart is the second book in The Calloway's Series. This is a heartwarming single mother charming hero small town romance. I enjoyed this story and I'm a sucker for a firefighter who loves kids. Jameson is the youngest of the brothers and has always been seen as the not serious brother. I loved his journey in realizing how his family has affected his perception of self worth and that he was always enough. Claire, a single recently divorced mother, meets Jameson. She too has similar concerns. I enjoyed this wonderful story of two people coming together, supporting and growing as a person and a couple together . I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Jameson Calloway is enjoying life as a firefighter and substitute teacher. He promotes fire safety and answered a call at Claire Coleman’s home when her son, Owen, had a cooking mishap. There was something about Claire, a single mom and school teacher, that immediately interested him. Jameson offers to help Owen prepare for football tryouts as Claire sees what a solid male influence could mean to her son. Can a few years younger Jameson possibly be interested in a slightly older single mother?
