The green smoothies are delicious and easy to make. If you read and follow the directions, you will lose weight. I thought that I would be hungry and not be able to do it, but you aren't hungry. The book offers many snack options and make sure you drink your water. In the 10 days, I lost 8lbs. I keep the book in the kitchen in sight. I strongly suggest prep your ingredients before you get started. GREAT LUCK TO YOU ALL :-)

I am in the UAE. Been trying to purchase this book for days with no success. I gave tried all my 3 cards (master and visa ) but I keep getting errors. I cant buy on Ebay and Amazon because it wont be delivered here.Please I really need this. I previously owned the hard copy of this book (and loved it), but let someone borrow it and never got it back. Something is very off about the recipes in the back of the electronic version- misprints, perhaps? Beware!
