A charming little read: This was quite a simple yet enjoyable, enemies to lovers, low heat, fake romance book. It took me a while to warm up to Michelle and Finn and I didn't feel like I was as invested in them as I would have preferred. Personally I found Michelle's personality to be grating but I was still glad that they got their HEA. I also found it a little depressing as a large focus of the story was on divorce. However I enjoyed the latter part of the book more and thought that the ending was sweet and fulfilling. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are solely my own.

Michelle is caught up in the lie of being in a relationship at her new job to be perceived as more family oriented when she convinces Finn to be her fake boyfriend. I was surprised she would pick him since he dated other women for two weeks or less regularly. He doesn’t sound convincing as a serious boyfriend. Finn has issues after his ex took everything from him and still continues to act like she’s part of his family. Michelle has issues from her last job, relationship, and working too hard.
