Such a great help. I have been struggling with the same problem. This really opened my eyes to the fact my belief system has been all wrong. I have always had a very self condemning, critical spirit. This book has really challenged me to truly believe that what God said He means. There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. I truly feel like I was just released from the prison of my own mind

DR. HEATHER HOLLEMAN is an associate teaching professor of advanced writing at Penn State, speaker, and author.
