About the author

Professor Dr Dr honoris causa Felix Rauner was head of the Research Group on Vocational Training Research (I:BB) at the University of Bremen, Germany. He is Advisory Professor at the East China Normal University in Shanghai and Senior Advisor at the Chair of Technology Didactics at Vocational College (TVD) at the University of Siegen, Germany.
