I really enjoyed the first book in this series, and the second was pretty good too. What I disliked was the lack of detail about the aesthetics of the characters and their surroundings. I didn't get a good visual to carry through the series, and I like having strong descriptive for characters and settings. This book, was horribly repetitive, as if the author was running out of descriptive words. Often times she'd use "again and again and again." or "came and came and came." or "over and over and over." There were many duplicate sentences, and a lot of the descriptive for the sex scenes were all over the place and not to be hypocritical, but repetitive.

Poor writing. This book took forever to get through. Very repetitive. The
first book wasn't too bad but by the time I made it to the third book I
couldn't take it anymore. I had to stop reading the series. Waste of money.

I loved the first book. but this one left a lot to be desired. a lot of the sa.e adjectives/adverbs for steamy scenes. Chloes hair was red and curly in the first book but blonde in this one. very, very repetitive. and, like Tori, I too have whiplash from the constant back and forth. hoping the next book will be better.
