Had me hooked from the start. I was in hospital after an amputation and a fellow patient had this. Couldn't put it down and finished it in 2 nights. Gripping, tantalising brilliance. The author was new to me and as a result of this book I have bought the entire back catalogue of his work. Am yet to be let down.

It starts off good but kind of feels the writing went down a little bit and I personally did not like how the writer chose to end it.
