Beautiful romance between the two main characters. I can't quite put words to it or quote anything specific, but when the characters describe how they feel about each other, you can feel it too. The writing itself is beautiful while not being hard to read. There are spicy scenes, and they are great too if you like those, but they never seem to be there just to be there - they further the relationship between the characters. If you're looking for a sapphic romance, this is top tier. Definitely reading the rest of the series.

I did like this book i enjoy seeing the character growth from deliah she my favorite 😍 Claire was sweet I loved their story together but one thing I felt it wasn't practical even with deliah being closed off her issues with her family it doesn't make sense that she wouldn't have at least one queer friend she lives in New York

A wholesome and emotional read about love and healing, and navigating the ups and downs of what it means to be a family. Loved the relationship dynamics between all the characters too. I can't wait to see them again in the next book!
