About this ebook
Io, eroe contro me stesso,
non è la medesima cosa, non è lo stesso,
indosso l'armatura della paura,
per scendere lungo la pianura,
dietro l'elmo piango,
ma i nemici vedono solo il bronzo,
luccica come medaglia sotto il sole.
Assaporo il sale delle lacrime,
fiori intorno sfiorano i calcagni,
avanzo fino a dove sono ben visibile
e pianto la spada con le mani
fino ad affondarne l'impugnatura,
batto i pugni sull'armatura
e li chiamo alla guerra,
fantasmi del passato si elevano dalla terra
in cromatiche invincibili divise.
E' l'ora che il ferro entri nella carne
e che il sangue scorra per dare nuova vita.
Io sono qui.
