Hate the "update". You can no longer get puzzles from the last month, only the last week. I don't see how this is an improvement. Oh, and just to add, it now randomly deletes your progress in puzzles too. you can be halfway through a sudoku, leave the app for a moment, return to it, and it will have deleted everything you've done. Has happened twice now.

The Android live app has deteriorated to the point of being unusable. After 5 minutes of use the screen will freeze or scroll in a jerky fashion, then all main icons vanish,the screen goes black and returns me to my home page interface. Clearly there is still a problem with last Android update as it doesn't occur on my partners IPad. I have rung customer support to report this , just to be told there isn't a problem. By the comments here, clearly there is ..please fix it and stop fobbing us off.

Suddenly requires me to sign in multiple times before I can read an article! Ridiculous! Update 14.4.25: all my saved articles have gone and Times+ membership access has disappeared- only 3 notes of all the things that I'm paying fir but can't access ie offers/co.petitions/events?! WHAT is the point? If this isn't resolved very quickly, I will dump this subscription. TERRIBLE UPDATE. You should know better than to roll out rubbish.
