The app offers varied content, offers beginner meditations that explain well the methods to develop in this area, and keeps adding on to them. There are programs tackling different fields, such as sleep, social, anxiety, fitness,.. The audio is great as well, soothing, both background music as the guiding voice. The 10 min sessions make them very doable, and absolutely make my day go better.

This app is great at teaching you how to meditate and what different kinds of mediations there are and what purposes they serve. I also love the billing model. You can either get a subscription, or buy a set of meditations, or wait for a few days for next meditation to become available to you for free. I wanted to support the app so I bought one of the sets

Definitely recommend it's easy to use, it's progressive but slow enough to not give up, and you can go back to previous sessions. There are several different goals to chose from including sleep. It certainly has made me finally understand meditation and helped me work on a quieter mind- i realise it's rather busy and loud in my head at times. Thank you for the app.
