My rating is based solely on being able to access the app itself. Initially after downloading the app, despite it giving an option to put in a Canadian phone number, I was unable to get a verification code to access the app. However, a few days later, I decided to try again by using a VPN connection from Ukraine and was immediately able to receive a code. I'm happy with being able to access the app.

Fantastic user interface and user experience! The app is very smooth and enjoyable to use! Great work you have done with MasterCard in creating such a great app!!! Everything is intuitive and comfortable!

Cannot buy ticket as I do not have дія. Couldn't register in дія because the app couldn't read my passport. Everywhere in the world you can make account with your email, but not here... As if I am making account in the bank, not just get a train ticket
