It's nightmare, balance is incorrect, different from the one shown on the website. Also money are disappearing without any information where and why. In amount higher than my recurring payment, while the card wasn't used at all. Scam.

I can't describe it another word but disappointment. Everything is terrible. Avoid this by any cost.

I haven't got internet on my mobile the whole day. When I tried to add some in the app, the notification popped up, saying: "due to the PLANNED technical works the app may lack some of its functionality". Last time I was in Poland in April, exactly same thing happened. They plan the outage, but don't bother to give the heads up. Like they don't know our phone numbers and cannot text us. Plain awful.
