I've had nothing but issues since coming back to play. I wasn't able to log in when I updated my phone. The game can't find my original account. Started a new account, My personal account information was hacked, credit card info was stolen. Still no response from. Support. This game is horrible. Support is basic computer response. Other players make clone accounts to drain players' chips. Random winners, not true, same winners every day. Just look at the news feed

This app cheats. Feedback is the absolute worst. They don't give the free diamonds on Wed, but when you send message to Feedback, they say all diamonds were successfully given to all players. Not true at all. I have screenshot of the rewards board and when you tell them they don't want to give you item box email address to send proof. You get cheated out of jackpots, I have proof of that, 4 times I hit jp and wasn't awarded the money. New owners suck.

Luv it may be more freebies more often and less of bonuses not paying when they should wouldn't mind but it's happened to me over 10 times and don't know how to screenshot the problem and really annoying when in a tournament and fighting for top 3 to win and come 4th and think if it wasn't for bonus errors could of come at least 3rd disheartening not to say annoying extremely annoying understandable you have to agree Apart from that as to be in my top 10 games and message people worldwide😁
