Servicedesk is horrible. IT department only answers per email and servicedesk is not technical enough to answer most questions. So if the app doesn't work or the lock, bridge etc doesn't work and you need assistance from the manufacturer.. good luck! The connection from Bridge to the lock can be a pain sometimes, especially when the door lock jams. Other than that it works fine (most of the time).

I don't think I would choose this lock again if I had the chance. It is a good lock but I don't think it's really making things easier. The app is ok. But not very clear. The most disappointed thing is when k create a guest user they must download the app. That is in my opinion to much work for a lock. People delete the app when they doesn't need or get access and when I give them temporarily access they need to download it again. My suggestion/expectation from the lock is a temporary web address/location where they use the open and lock possibilities for a time that is set by me. No download with an app just for the time being a nice solution for opening the door.

Bought the Nuki door opener, and after using it for 3 months, geofencing doesn't reliably work - despite latest opened FW, lastest mobile OS, battery saver deactivated and increased accuracy activated. The app itself is a UX nightmare: all settings are hidden away in the top left menu, 5 clicks deep. While the whole main screen just shows a 'U', with unlabeled left/right swipe actions, so I never know what direction does what. What's the designers intent here? Can not recommend.

Thank you a lot for your feedback! Also setting a bigger geofence size can help with your Auto Unlock problem. But best would be to contact our support team, so we can have a closer look at the issue. We will of course also forward your feedback about the UX to the responsible colleagues.
