I used this app last severel years,, initially its worked good, but since last year the voice quality is not well, its coming always eco sound during the converstion. By the by when i want to rechrged new units there is no options for 12 euros, its shown and uploaded me always for 25 euros. Otherweis i am satisfied this app and service. Above small problem must be solved for your best service to your true customers. THANKS..!

It was working well for many years, but recently I bought Samsung S9, now I have problem in signing in, even reported to customer service several times and even I receive ticket number, so far the system has not been corrected or resolved. I deliberately thinking of quiting the use of this App.....sorry to say that.

I hav been using ActionVoIP for 10 years. since last 2 month I am not able to buy credt. It goes to last stage of entering card detail , then clicked Pay button but nothing happens. It shows the fist page for payment option selection again.Few times showed error msg Try Later, Try after 2 hrs, Try after 1 day ete etc. writen to customer care but no reply.Now in this week I will change to another VoIP app.
