i tried a month using it and the first days were PERFECT. i was convinced that it was way better than other apps i've used before... the volume is perfect (with others i have to use volume boosters!) and the quality is one of the best. buuuut of course it was only the first days :( after the first week the songs wouldn't play because "there's an error and we can't play it" so i would have to open the app and press "retry" for it to play. and that would happen every 2 songs! it's tiring!

Makes me want to go back to Spotify, and I hate that idea. There are so many little things in the UX that irritate me (a music app should never grab audio focus, and keep your promo modals out of the playback control screen), the catalog is very poorly curated (just because two artists have the same name doesn't mean they are the same), and the recommendation algorithm hardly understands what music is half of the time (if they even load at all).

The catalog is good and interface is great. The things that would make this a 5 star review would be for me to be able to use a VPN connection while using the app. currently I'm having to whitelist Deezer, very unfortunate. Secondly the bypassing of the Android sound mixer. Currently there is no actual HIFI capabilities through the app due to Android limitations. There are solutions, but they aren't implemented (yet, hopefully).
