APP for the mobile registration of customers (end users) in the HILTES 5000 merchandise management system installed at a dealer or in the HILTES cloud.
For further / immediate use of the data at the WinCash5000 checkout.

Functional description:
• Configurable mandatory fields
• Configurable design (logo / color / text / background image)
• Configurable e-mail texts (for double opt-in procedures)
• Configurable privacy statement
• Optionally with double opt-in confirmation by the customer or with a data protection code, also direct registration option (for operation by the sales staff)
• Archiving of the registrations made in this way, including signature for GDPR-compliant storage of the data

Technical Info:
In order for the registration to work, the APP or the smart device must be connected to the ERP database via WLAN.
The retailer is responsible for the technical requirements.
The technical support at HILTES is always available for questions.

Miscellaneous:
The app itself is free of charge and can be installed as often as you like on smartphones and tablets.
The merchandise management system HILTES 5000 + corresponding CRM extensions are required to control and use the functionality.
