DB Emergency Service

The app offers Emergency Service users a secure connection to Deutsche Bahn's central alarm and crisis management platform.

The app monitors whether conditions for will-dependent or will-independent alarms exist and transmits these to the platform according to a defined set of rules, including precise location information. It serves in particular to protect lone workers.

In addition, the app is used for alerting and coordination in the event of IT disruptions and IT emergencies. It also supports our first responders and ensures a quick and efficient response in critical situations.

CareNet also uses the app to ensure reliable communication and response to special events. In addition, the app can be used for general calls for help, including from our staff on the train.
