■ Recommended for ■

1. Those seeking a unique and immersive baseball simulation experience.

2. Those disenchanted with the exaggerated data, players who only grow, and unrealistic stats of existing baseball games.

3. Those who enjoy leisurely data analysis rather than the demanding controls and tedious roster adjustments.

4. Those who want to savor a century-long league simulation at their leisure.

■ Game Features ■

1. The virtual league is designed based on the current Korean professional baseball system.

2. In this game, players assume the role of general manager, not player or manager.

3. Most simulations are automated, with player-selected AI managers managing the starting roster.

4. Players directly decide on the annual rookie draft, free agent contracts, player trades, the hiring/release of mercenaries, and the appointment/dismissal of managers, thereby fundamentally impacting the long-term strength of their team.

5. Player stat growth is fundamentally different from real-world growth, but is somewhat influenced by the abilities of the appointed manager.

6. As you progress through the game, you'll discover hidden content such as the Hall of Fame, offers from other teams to become general managers, and reincarnation after 100 years.

■ Other ■

1. The game's objectives vary depending on the player's playstyle. You might aim to build a winning dynasty every year, or produce numerous Hall of Famers or retired players. Alternatively, you might aim for a balanced simulation similar to reality. There's no right answer.

2. While in-app purchases are available, this is largely a matter of personal preference. If you prefer a more realistic worldview, it's best to avoid in-app purchases. Please keep in mind that the more in-app purchases you make, the more likely you are to lose your sense of realism.

3. This game may not be suitable for those who desire deep involvement in on-site operations, such as drafting orders or strategies, or who prefer rapid, year-long simulations. Therefore, please proceed with caution.

Errors:
For serious errors that prevent the game from progressing, reporting them through the KakaoTalk open chatroom is the fastest way to receive a response. However, the game has been out for some time and has reached a stable stage, so new errors are rarely reported (except immediately after a new feature update). Therefore, any errors that prevent progressing are likely to be complex issues that are beyond repair or are device-specific. Response methods for these issues are already documented in the official forum notices, allowing for self-remediation. Additional minor and non-urgent bugs may always be discovered. In such cases, please use the forum's bug report board.
----
Official Competitions:
Official competitions are held monthly, allowing users to test their skills. At the end of the tournament, custom players will be rewarded to eligible users through patches based on tournament performance and event results.

1. 50% Reward Earning Rate
The previous reward rate was around 40% for all participating teams, but with the addition of halo rewards, the tournament reward rate will now exceed 50%. This reward is not based on ranking, but rather on halo rewards and raffles. Even if a team is eliminated in the first round with a 0-4 record, they can still receive it. The tournament is held every five weeks, so with consistent participation, players can expect to receive rewards approximately once every two months.

2. Does meeting the 12.5 billion KRW entry requirement weaken the team?
When a game reaches its peak, team budgets typically range from 13 billion KRW to as much as 15 billion KRW. Reaching the 12.5 billion KRW entry requirement will require shedding some high-salaried players, which will undoubtedly weaken the team. However, if players earn rewards through tournament participation, the custom players will become instant hitters, offering a whopping six years of service time. In the long run, this actually strengthens your team. Furthermore, consistent participation in tournaments can lead to habitual salary adjustments, creating a virtuous cycle, such as free agent recruitment.

3. Automated, hassle-free tournaments
Actively watching and participating in tournaments is optional. If you meet the minimum participation requirements (opening of Myungjeon and 12.5 billion cuts), you can participate in the tournament with just one click of the "Apply" button after entering your team name. You can enjoy the rewards automatically when the time comes, without having to worry about the rest of the process.

Summary
White Night's official tournaments aren't the ultimate, high-difficulty, final content found in other games. Instead, they're ongoing reward-giving events, more like monthly attendance checks. They're a classic low-risk, high-reward, and rewarding event.

Build a strong team, then participate in tournaments (No).
Participate in tournaments, then strengthen your team (Yes).

We encourage those who hesitated because tournaments seemed too grand or cumbersome to participate! ----
A Story About 100 Years of Baseball (Snake's Legs):
100 Years of Baseball is a simulation game, but it's designed from the perspective of a true baseball fan. Even the average baseball fan doesn't watch every single game from the top of the first to the bottom of the ninth inning without missing a single moment. Baseball is a very long-term sport, so it's impossible to follow every single pitch and batter of every inning. Sometimes, I just listen to the sound while doing other things, letting the game flow by without paying attention to anything, as if it were my daily life.

However, that doesn't mean I want to ignore the entire season and then just watch the results when it's over. Baseball isn't that kind of sport. It seems like a sport all about data, but there's a process of creating that data, memories, and history.

100 Years of Baseball aims to be a microcosm of baseball. The players are all fictional characters, fragments of data that don't exist in reality, difficult to pinpoint. But I believe that even these things come to life when a story is added, time is added, and the process is incorporated. The stories of these players are expressed through numbers. This is a method that is possible only in baseball, and chosen because it's baseball. No other sport can communicate with fans through data as well as baseball.

While data is crucial in this simulation game, we didn't aim for exhausting analysis, focusing solely on data. The accuracy and depth of each piece of data isn't the primary goal of Baeknyeon Baseball. We wanted the data itself to be handled casually. Instead, we designed it so that those casual data, layered with the power of time and experience, would become a game spanning decades, or even centuries, of history. Through these stories, we created a passion for our team, our players, and our league.

Baeknyeon Baseball, as its name suggests, isn't intended to be a game that can be played in a single day or two. Nor is it intended to be a game that demands intense concentration and a commitment to hours of precious time. Just like the connotation of the word "hundred years," it's a game that, over a very long period of time, we put it away when we're busy, and then forget about it completely when we forget. Then, one day, when we remember it again, we take it out and slowly work through it. And when we have free time, we keep it by our desk, set it to auto-play, and occasionally check it out while doing other things...
Just like our beloved baseball...
I want it to be a game that feels like an old friend.
