I love this app , I can easily get a prescription faxed to my pharmacy of choice , as someone who deals with chronic pain it's hard for me to wait 5+ hours at a regular office or hospital , instead I get to consult a doctor in the comfort of my own home . Especially cause it's extremely hard to get appointments nowadays this is so much faster than a walk in clinic or hospital in Canada !

Minimum charge of $105 ($35 "per month" but charged quarterly). There are more affordable options and they know it; they're just counting on customers being too sick to carefully read the fine print. There's no checkout where you have a chance to confirm the amount you're paying, even the invoice hides what they charged in an attachment. Really gross approach to business. Don't forget to cancel (and cancel for any elderly parents) or you'll be paying out every three months, used or not.

Your Doctors Online offers a quarterly plan of $35/month - billed monthly and a yearly plan of$20/month - billed annually, with additional benefits of free medical notes and nutritionist access. The subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the cancellation is submitted. Customers still get access until the end of the billing period.

One of the worst customer service experiences. They charged $365, claiming a $1-a-day plan, written in very small letters. After contacting customer service, they offered only a partial refund of $182 after service use. policy is only customer exploitation. advising not use this application.
