I love the app but I've had glitches between desktop and mobile that the support team has never responded to. keep in mind, I've paid for years and never bothered them once before that. now I open the app and all the fonts have changed on just the numbers. anytime you type a number its spaced awkwardly and it looks awful on mobile.

I love Workflowy, and have used it every day for years. However, a recent change in the app has made me lower my rating from 5 to 4. It used to be that when I closed my keyboard, the cursor would disappear, allowing me to then move bullets around easily. But now the cursor stays in place even after I close the keyboard. If I want to move a bullet, I must first long press on a different bullet or open/close a bullet to get the cursor to go away, and THEN I can move bullets around.

Awesome flat view infinite depth list app. I've used todoist for years and they've ruined the mobile app. So I finally was fed up enough with todoist and jumped ship to workflowy which my wife has been using for a couple years now and loves. I love the simplicity and ui of workflowy so i figured out how to write a script to import my todoist csv exports and maintain indentation and finally wrote an alexa skill to add notes by voice. I think I've finally found my perfect todo list solution.
