Has real potential to be a good and interesting strategy game, and offers some nice content to start. However, further along it is primarily focussed on paid for content and offering events or updates that mainly reward high paying players, whilst some very basic game issues are not being solved. Strategy gets then pushed very much back which is a total shame imo. And too bad loads of tickets are not followed up..

I used to play this on an old phone it ran perfectly but would crash a few times after overheating, and I understood. BUT I got a new phone (Samsung 22 ultra), and it started showing random stuff like it's crashing all the time, and the app would never respond kicking me out each time I tried to open. FIX THE DAMN GAME. (Answering my reply didn't fix the game. i won't wait anymore it's like promising to help, but you never do. Your support team is very poor. That's why you have bad reviews.)

I played this game at its April 2020 release, and it was incredible with frequent updates, fresh content and new characters. Sadly, for the past 2-3 years, there’s been no new characters or meaningful updates just the same repetitive events. Bugs continue to plague the game, and the developers seem to ignore feedback entirely. It’s frustrating because the game has so much potential. If they just listened to the community and put effort into improvements, it could easily regain it's former glory
