š“ I am using Infinix Note 40. After the recent software update, my AirPods Pro are having severe Bluetooth audio issues. The sound keeps breaking and stuttering in all apps (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, MX Player, etc.). Before the update, everything was working perfectly. do not buy infinix, tecno brand phones, 3rd class app and infinix phone. once you move to other area, the phone get locked. I called the carlcare hepline, reply was that phone unlock appeal can be submitted only when it locked and it takes 7 working days to resolve. it means you have to visit that place again to get your phone locked and do carry another good quality phone to call the customer care to appeal for unlock. wait for 7 working days to get it open again.

poor service and the most unhelpful cellphone service center ever exist... I have bought a defect item (Tecno camon 40 pro) but after 2 days the device is unable to be charged. then the customer service at Honggowongso branch mentioned "usually it's caused by the subort etc etc" WITHOUT CHECKING THE DEVICE OUT...Like how could you possibly judge something that you cannot see? even a doctor needs to ask the patient or do some thorough checking towards the patient?!!
