I absolutely love toca boca, but it keeps glitching, resetting, and not working! Things randomly disappear, or the game won't load. I've tried reinstalling it and resetting my phone, but it still doesn't work! I've contacted the support team, but they did not help! I've spent at least £60 on this game over the years, and it's upsetting! Terrible customer service, terrible glitches, and overall a terrible game! Do not recommend! It's a waste of money!

I love this game, I've spent a good amount of money of this as well, but I have one major problem with the free gifts. I went to do a reset and put everything back since it was a bit hectic (something I usually do every once in awhile, no problems) and went back to the post office and almost everything is gone. I only have a few items, about ten-twenty, and I'm so confused! Closed and reopened the game, and it was not fixed. Super upsetting.

actually love this game, but 3 stars cz i found it very annoying when sometimes the game just freezes and when i go back to the game my house reset and the items are gone. also my char is like the clothes are gone (basically the game is sometimes resetting by itself) i hope the developer can look into this weird bug (?) bcs it's like so annoying when i'm ready to play but this weird bug happens..but keep up the game tho :)
