I've been training 14 odd years, never paid for any programs or anything like that, but I was getting bored of my routines and struggling to make up new ones, I listen to Mike's podcast so I thought I'd give it a go, when I first looked at the workouts they seemed to easy, but half way into my first 5 week plan and it's been great so far and more challenging than I thought it would be, the videos really help with getting the right fourm as well, great app

it's a great app, changed how I train. a few additions/suggestions: have the timer still ring even if you switch to a different app to scroll while you rest. currently it only works if you keep this app open.
