Strongr Fastr tells you what to eat and what workouts to do in order to meet your fitness goals- including lose fat and build muscle / tone as well as weight loss, bulking, or maintaining your weight.

It gives you a healthy meal plan and matches you with a workout routine. The meal plan meets your macros, ensures you get the right amount of protein and calories and is fully customizable- swap any meal out for another one- Strongr Fastr makes sure the replacement is healthy and meets your macros too. You get simple recipes and a simple grocery list to make shopping and meal prep easy.

The exercise routines fit your schedule, goals, and equipment and can be weighted or bodyweight and can include cardio. Pre-loaded routines include Greyskull LP, 531 BBB, 531 Triumvirate, 531 Building the Monolith, GZCLP and GZCL Method, Texas Method, Madcow 5x5, PHAT routine, PHUL routine, Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Routine, PPL routines, all of which are proven bodybuilding or powerlifting routines.

Good app, great customer service, just a pity the vegan meals are too repetitive. Plus, if you put the meals in an app like cronometer, it's very clear that you do not meet your daily nutritional requirements. Other than that, work out plans often do not recognize you skipped a work out and put you up for the next level; changing it back is sometimes not possible so you have to start your plan again, to go back to where you want to be.

Thanks for the feedback. We add new recipes to the app every month with a special emphasis on vegan ones, so look out for new ones soon. If there are certain types of recipes you'd like to see more of, you can always email [email protected] and let us know. Also, shoot us an email us about the workout level- there are ways to address this.

Best app I've used for logging calories without the meal planning. However, some recipes list ingredients with nutritional values that aren't remotely close to anything commercially available. The grocery list is fantastic but this issue makes it less practical to use the suggested recipes. Exercises are missing an option for "I don't have this equipment." E.g. I need to substitute in standing single-leg hamstring curls, which isn't even a listed exercise.

it's only my second full day using the app. the exercises are okay so far. I opted for non-weight bearing/equipment exercises. Unfortunately, when I wanted to swap out one of the exercises for another non-weight bearing/equipment one, there were only exercises with weights or other equipment like stretch bands and gym machines. I also wish there was a simple tracker to track your water/liquid intake as well as a way to log in your times when you eat for when you do IF.
