I loved the game at first. Im on level 695. I noticed it was getting harder and harder to pass so I assumed i just needed to upgrade everything. Even after I upgraded to max level even the levels that only give a set number of patients it would fail due to not enough profit. That's when I realized the game is rigged. I made it this far without failing any levels and now I cant get past levels even though I've fully upgraded everything. And spent too much money. This is cheating for profit

The game is super fun! Riiiight up to the second location. At that point it becomes way too hard to get enough coins to upgrade so you basically start losing because you can't go back and replay levels to get enough coins for the next round. They just keep getting harder and you get further behind. I think with just the simple update of being able to go back and replay levels when you want/need this game could be pretty great! Please make this update so I can keep playing!

This game was a solid 5 stars at first. Like all the others, unfortunately, they raise the cost of the improvements, and significantly lower the rewards you get, so it becomes impossible by the second city to get you to spend money. I hate when the developers ruin a great game because of greed. Hopefully, one will get the message and do it right one of these days. I would have happily spent money on this game if it hadn't changed so drastically for the worst so early on. Very disappointed.
