Your application was good before, but my recent experience, a few minutes ago was extremely bad. I searched for a song title & artist; whilst playing on my phone in the background. The result was extremely bad, incorrect title & artist. Again tried while playing the same song on the same search...Four incorrect song title & artists & message appeared, could not find. This was supposed to be the rated the number one application in the world. I don't think so. Very disappointed. please fix thanks

Sometimes I get the songs I'm actually looking for but most times it's just very inaccurate, like extremely very inaccurate. I'm forced to do the same process over and over until it does finds the right one. It's really annoying, like I'm using an audio of an unknown song then it just straight up gives me either a nursery rhyme or a podcast or something that isn't even a song. Despite all that, it still works, but mostly just a time waster though

Still works well most of the time, but has hiccups now and then. Biggest issue is that when it doesn't find a song, I'll use the Google song finder function and it's clear that works much quicker and better than whatever Shazam is built on. Failed Shazam searches turn up in three beats of the song with Google. Volume supposedly too low to get a Shazam result is no issue with Google. I still like the Shazam app and try not to use Google for everything, but they need to step it up.
