Simple and perfect for keeping track! I just wanted to keep a record, to look back on my weight loss/gain over a 12-month period, and this is PERFECT for that. Have used it for 3 years now and LOVE IT. If all you need is a simple app that lets you note down your weight/BMI on a calendar, without any frills, coaching, marketed advice, or 'add-on' services (the exhausting list could go on) then this is definitely a must!

I love this app, I've been using it daily for months and lost 25lbs during those months. However I wish there was a way to save your progress (like make a free account) in case you get a new phone or something, instead I had to start all over. Or even if there were a way to go put in all my weights for the past few months but it won't let you edit any past or future days. Otherwise love this app!

It's simple and works great, but there's some minor things that keep me from calling it perfect. If you put in a 4 digit number (like 125.7), a little bit will go into the next square. Also, the numbers are always green if you lose weight and red if you gain it, even if you should be gaining. An option to switch that would be nice. But that's all.
