Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

Doesn't follow through on the shopping cart because it's buggy. Missed a nice discount on ps plus. Now my money is in there. Contacted ps customer service. They said indeed, you only filled up your psn wallet. I knew that. What I didn't knew was why my ps plus suddenly disappeared and when I pressed the payment button. It kept loading. I did it 5 times over. Money still in the wallet.

Complicated and frustrating to use. Also, supposedly PayPal is allowed but won't actually let me add it as a payment method. And if you're going to end a sale on a day, make it a reasonable time bc "ends 11/7" with "2am" in the fine details is misleading. At that point just end it the day before at midnight. Who the hell can buy a game at 2 in the morning? That's a ridiculous time.
