Today, you Samsung, disappointed me hugely. Been with you for years, but not anymore. Cancelling orders out of nowhere... No explanation at all. After Samsung Chat confirmed the order is being prepared and to be delivered. Anyways, not anymore. The app itself gets into a boot loop when trying to load an order. Noticed it on Web Dev Tools desktop as well. And blocks the app completely.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A8 & this particular app doesn't work with an A8, but it did work with my s23. I don't know why some of these apps don't work with an older phone, this A8 was ahead of it's time, the processor was much more advanced than any other on the A line of phones in 2018 & was comparable with a top S line phone of the same year. Search Google, you'll find a lot of people who had great results with the A8 or A8+ please include this model number and allow Android11+ updates.

Good experience. They need to explain marketing hype terms better (like what is "Infinity One" versus "Neo Slim"), those things mean nothing to a buyer. Also, they need to put better images of the products up. Three pictures of the front of a TV are not necessary. The rear view would be better, and a close-up of the connectors would be even better. Also, the comparison pages don't work properly when the data input person doesn't spell terms the same on each model.
