can't use! need because last Samsung software update screwed up my screen, all gaming functions covered by a white line/box at bottom of screen. keeps saying it didn't have permissions to access my phone, all are allowed, says support permission not allowed, no option in app settings for that. about done with Samsung, can't get help at all or get this issue fixed

My experience with your technical advisors was excellent, ERROL was amazing in fixing my phone that was going crazy also I called back and spoke to a lady, not writing down her name, I'm really sorry for that, I'm old so please understand.
