About this app

The National Assembly deliberated and adopted in its session of March 16, 2017, Law No. 2017-02 relating to Leasing in the Republic.

This law of 60 articles divided into 7 chapters defines the framework within which the owner of movable or immovable property transfers the latter to a third party who benefits from it through a contract concluded between the two parties.

Tenants and owners, you are now protected by this law which specifies the rights and obligations of each. It defines the rules for calculating the rent and the number of months necessary for a deposit.
