My account was applied a random security lock which I have no way of unlocking. I'm unable to use the majority of stuff in my bag so I've only got 3 bag shots available, can't level up at level 69, can't delete emails, can't upgrade spirit beasts etc. I've tried applying to force clear the password which takes 7 days ( very inefficient) but it failed because I don't have enough battle order experience. WHAT!!!!!. I'm about ready to drop this game because there's no faq, no guide etc to fix this.

This is the most beautiful game I've ever played. The battles are very well-organized, unlike those in other MMORPGs. Here, you can see what skills you're using, as well as what your teammates and enemies are using during combat. In other games, battles often feel chaotic, and you can't even see yourself. This game has far fewer bugs than other MMORPGs. It's more complex than others, but the more I play, the more I enjoy it.

Can't get past character creation. Everytime I get to Naming my character, I get a text entry timed out error and can't go on. I did multiple repairs, multiple reinstalls, and sped through character creation but still get the error. I can't even start playing so don't know how game play is.
