I've been using the app for about 4 years. They almost lost me because I was struggling to get into my original account when I accidentally logged in with my Gmail, they lose 1 star due to the hassle of trying to get into my original account, it was not smooth or easy. But I'm back and excited to book more restaurants. Easy and smooth to use for booking. It's a bit clunky with account management.

When I'm looking for a reservation in one city, why am I getting recommendations in other cities? Why ask if you're just going to suggest places that are an hour away? Other than that, I guess the app is fine, but it's flipping annoying to have to go through pages of restaurant listings looking for something nearby.

App is terrible. You are forced to use it by some providers, and yesterday spent about 20mins a time trying to cancel and re-book something, put you telephone number in, get a code, confirm your email, get a code, put your number in - error messages when you click on links to cancel, can't phone anyone anymore. Makes you want to give up.
