App got worst, wasn't using it for some time and now it doesn't work or iPhone, just open the app and it shows "something unexpected happened" and app shuts down. on other hand, in android, it opens but while trying to login, it again says "something unexpected happened" and never logs in. it is a good initiative but management is worst ever, looks like they don't want it to work so no one cares how many complaints you make.

The application is not functioning properly, and the support team has been unhelpful. I have redeemed my points twice for passport renewal, but I never received the required AUTH ID needed to complete the process. Despite contacting support through emails and phone calls for over a month, the issue remains unresolved. I visited the embassy today, and they confirmed that many people are experiencing the same problem with the application. Disable this feature if it is not working,

This app is not working again from last almost a year or two, always some "Unexpected Errors" messages, or "Your Provided Transcetion Details Doesn't Match Our Records". It looks like just discouraging overseas and denying giving them some benefits. Also not sure how it got 4.2 ratings? 🤔
