It's a decent news app and calendar app. I don't mind having to scroll to see the daily content, I like the widgets, and it's great to have a calendar with reminders of Nintendo related news and events, like upcoming in-game events! Just don't expect this to replace your default calendar app, you can't add custom events or sync with other services.

When you open the app itself, it works very well. The reason for the mid review is because the Widget version of the app, which the app itself emphasizes a lot as being very convenient, doesn't work. The widget shows "Data could not be retrieved" 9 times out of 10. Also, Nintendo Drop the Prices!

Very good app, pleased with what Nintendo has done here!!! The themes in the app are very good. It looks good, is quite laggy sometimes, and the news content tiles shown doesn't look good when it contrasts to the background. Try to make the news tiles on the home page look more like tiles. Over than that, I am impressed by Nintendo and their intuitive ideas! 😎
